LinkUP is not an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and does not hold or require a telecommunications licence to provide installation, configuration, and support services. All Starlink subscriptions are managed directly between the client and SpaceX.

No. LinkUP handles the entire process — we procure the hardware on your behalf, and our team sets up and configures your Starlink account as part of the installation service. You'll receive your account credentials at handover.
LinkUP is not an ISP. We are an installation and managed services company. Starlink (SpaceX) provides the internet service directly. Many of our clients use Starlink as a secondary or backup connection alongside their existing provider — we can configure failover so you seamlessly switch between both.
Starlink residential speeds in T&T typically range from 50–250 Mbps download with 20–40ms latency. Performance varies by time of day and local satellite density. Business and Priority tiers provide guaranteed throughput. We'll give you a realistic expectation for your specific location during the site visit.
Our base installation includes: hardware procurement and import, pre-installation site visit, professional mounting (standard roof or pole mount), full system configuration and integration to your existing network, and on-site testing. Special brackets, extended cable runs, power adapters, or fabricated mounts are quoted separately after the site assessment.
Yes. Starlink offers maritime-capable hardware and service plans. We have experience installing on vessels of all sizes. A waterproof, vibration-resistant mounting solution is fabricated to suit your vessel. Contact us for a marine-specific quote.
We deploy a complete connectivity and security kit on a monthly rental basis: Starlink or bonded LTE internet, CCTV cameras, access control, and intrusion detection. All equipment is temporary — deployed at the start of your build and removed on completion. When the building is finished, we can quote for permanent security, networking, and AV through Resqtechs.
A bonded solution uses a Peplink router to combine multiple LTE SIM cards from different carriers simultaneously. This aggregates bandwidth (more speed) and provides redundancy (if one carrier drops, others maintain the connection). This is recommended for outside broadcast, live streaming, locations with obstructed sky view, or any application where a single connection dropping is unacceptable.
